The role of the car clutch disc and the driven disc is to transmit the engine power to the gearbox when the two are combined. The automobile clutch disc is installed on the flywheel of the engine and rotates with the engine, and the driven part (that is, the friction plate) is connected with the spline of the input shaft of the gearbox through the spline groove. When the friction plate rotates, the input shaft of the gearbox rotates with it, and the automobile clutch disc and clutch pressure plate are pressed on the driven disc under the action of the spring, and the driving force is driven. When the clutch pressure plate is under the clutch pedal and the disc is in the backward position, the clutch plate is not stressed, that is, the disengaged state. If the light on the clutch is on, the pressure plate of the spring does not all work. This is a semi-clutch, also called semi-linkage.
The clutch disc on the friction plate is the same as the brake on the wheel, which is very wear-resistant asbestos and copper wire. The disc friction plate also has a minimum allowable thickness, and the pressure plate on the friction plate should be replaced after the clutch disc has a long mileage. The original friction plate can be replaced by buying spare parts, but now you can buy the installed friction plate. The clutch disc does not need to change the friction plate, just change the clutch plate directly. In order to reduce the loss of the clutch, the clutch pedal should be used correctly, but do not step on the clutch pedal. The clutch plate is in a semi-clutch state, that is, the Frisbee and the disc are in a friction state. If the clutch pedal is fully depressed, the flywheel and the automobile clutch disc are completely cut, and there is no friction between them. If the clutch pedal is fully lifted, the flywheel and the automobile clutch disc are completely integrated, although there is friction, but very little.
